Our Qualities
RICE
We use high-quality jasmine rice, which is a rich source of carbohydrates, providing energy to the body.
It is also low in fat and contains no cholesterol or trans fats.
Depending on the portion size, jasmine rice can be a good source of dietary fiber, which can help lower cholesterol levels and promote healthy digestion.
Jasmine rice is also rich in vitamins and minerals, including iron, magnesium and vitamin B6.
These nutrients are essential for maintaining good health and preventing chronic diseases.
TEMPEH
Tempeh is a source of plant-based protein made from fermented soybeans. Those who don't like tofu will appreciate its much firmer texture and slightly nutty flavor. In Indonesia, where it originates, it is often eaten fried after being briefly marinated in a light sauce.
VEGETABLES OF THE DAY
Thanks to our local farmers, we can provide you with the best seasonal vegetables at a traditional market held in our town every Wednesday and Saturday.

WARUNG RADJA is an authentic traditional Indonesian restaurant based in Mourenx since 2021.
Our mission has been to offer dishes to all those who wish to combine a pleasant and fun atmosphere with sophisticated cuisine in an experience of traveling through our extraordinary dishes.
